寄养家庭:急救与心肺复苏标准
First Aid & CPR Tanzania
Becoming a foster parent in Tanzania means giving a family home to a child who cannot live with their own family. Being ready for everyday emergencies — through a recognized first-aid and CPR certificate — is part of the preparation expected of a carer, alongside approval by a social welfare officer.
急救要求
In Tanzania, foster care is governed by the Law of the Child Act (Cap 13) and the Foster Care Placement Regulations of 2012, under which a person over 21 of high moral character and integrity is approved as a 'fit person' by a social welfare officer. First aid is not named as a stand-alone rule, but a current first-aid and CPR certificate from a recognized organization is commonly expected so carers can respond to injuries, choking or cardiac arrest.
Placement and supervision rest with a social welfare officer and, where required, the Commissioner's approval. A first-aid certificate is one element of readiness — kept current — in addition to the home and suitability assessment, and never a substitute for approval.
